Subway Surfers

As the lead designer of the Subway Surfers team at SYBO I led the design and production of new features in the world’s most downloaded mobile game.

I focused on a high level goal of deepening the investment potential in the game by adding a live event framework. Along the way this meant adding features such as the Daily Challenge, Coinmeter, a revised shop, and defining the game’s live ops and promotions schedule.
