KoGaMa is an online social game building platform for kids developed by Danish studio Multiverse.
In my role as a monetization designer and game analyst I worked to streamline the product (check) and to design and introduce features that would shift the game’s monetization balance from ads to IAP.
Among the things I worked on were the introduction of game passes, the design of an iOS client, improved analytics and reporting, and app icon A/B tests that successfully lifted the share of organic installs by 10%+.
The game allows users to collaborate on building games and easily sharing them to other users, or on other websites.
